Metraltec has facilities for inspecting penetrating liquids and measuring hardness and electrical conductivity.
The inspection of penetrating liquids is carried out with washable liquids with water of sensitivities 2 and 3 and hydrophilic post-emulsifiable liquids of Sensitivity 3, depending on the applicable standards. The methods used are immersion and electrodeposition.
Both processes are certified by NADCAP since 2008.
