Metraltec has certified furnaces for the realization of aluminium heat treatments and steel stress reliefs, with the following main characteristics:
Maximum temperature: 550ºC
Maximum dimensions: 2000 x 1000 x 1000 mm
Quenching of parts in air or in demineralized water, depending on the required process.
Furnaces are calibrated according to AMS2750E and have a digital register.
There are thermally controlled freezers, to keep the pieces in the “AQ” state and to be able to form them.
NADCAP certified since 2008.
