Metraltec has adequate facilities for the application of the different paints required by our customers: primer, topcoat, non-slip, varnish.
For the accelerated curing of the paints, a temperaturecontrolled drying oven is available, where the pieces can be introduced without the need to go outside because it is connected to the cabin, thus avoiding possible contamination.
In addition to the pre-painting processes indicated in the surface treatments section, there is the possibility of performing a blasting process with different materials (glass particles, corundum).
These processes are certified by NADCAP since 2009.
