Metraltec can carry out most of the main aeronautical manufacturing processes, from raw material management to assemblies, through waterjet cutting, machining, heat treatments, sheet metal forming, surface treatments and painting; Therefore, it has a great capacity to manufacture complete parts and assemblies without resorting to subcontracting, thus reducing the quality risks and delivery times derived from them.

All the special processes required for manufacturing are certified by the main clients of Metraltec (Aernnova, Airbus, Sikorsky, Embraer, Aciturri, Boeing, ITP, Rolls-Royce and Sener). And NADCAP certification is available for them since 2008.
